With almost 25 years of experience working in West Africa in general, we have extensive experience in the design, management and evaluation of high-risk projects, particularly in the mining and energy sectors. We have always interacted with all components and parties in similar projects, namely: investors, shareholders, managers, NGOs, local stakeholders, service companies, various local interested parties, regional and central administrations as well as government administrations and structures. Anticipation and objectivity are the basis of our management approach.

As a Mining and Petroleum Geologist and Environmentalist from my university background, I’m an Expert able to take into account, environmental and social concerns in the context of the implementation of development projects in various sectors, especially in the extractive and energy industry.

More than a decade of experience as an independent consultant, Director of the M&P Experts firm. As such, we contribute to strengthening the capacities of government structures in host countries in the context of the extractive industry and, we support operators in the negotiations and implementation of their projects relating to the extractive resources valorisation chain and the realization of specialized studies such as environmental and hazard studies.

06 years as Country Director of a US based international oil and gas company (Kosmos Energy Cameroon HC). As such, we contributed to the establishment of the structure in Cameroon, to the definition and implementation of business development strategies in Cameroon and in the region. To this end, we can cite the negotiation, signing, and implementation of Production Sharing Contracts entered into with the State of Cameroon for two (02) oil blocks (Ndian River and Fako blocks) and the conclusion of a joint venture with the company PERENCO within the Kombe-Nsepe block.

07 years as an Independent Consultant. As such, we have contributed to the implementation of numerous national and international projects, studies and consulting missions for several companies.
